Thermostatic Shower Use
If you’re the proud owner of a new Therm-Oz thermostatic shower, you’re in for a treat! This high-tech bathroom fixture is designed to give you ultimate control over your shower experience, ensuring that you always get the perfect temperature and water pressure. Before you hop in and start experimenting, it’s important to take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with your new shower.
Every shower comes with manufacturer’s instructions for you to read carefully and make sure you understand how to operate the shower, but here is a crash course on how to use your thermostatic shower!
Remember that the thermostatic valve will help to maintain a consistent temperature, so you don’t need to constantly make adjustments throughout your shower.

Therm-Oz Thermostatic Shower Instructions
Starting the Shower
To start the shower, rotate the right handle. A full quarter turn is full flow.
Stopping the Shower
Rotate in the opposite direction to decrease or stop flow.
Tip!
The button on this handle is not functional, and is for aesthetics only.
Temperature Safety
For safety reasons, the mixed temperature is limited to 38 degrees by the safety override button.
The surface temperature of this valve is safe to touch or hold whilst showering and will get no hotter than 20 degrees when at the 38 degrees setting.
Increasing and Decreasing Temperature
The temperature is controlled by rotating the left handle.
To obtain a higher mixed water temperature, press the override button and rotate handle to a maximum of 45 degrees.
For a cooler shower than 38 degrees, rotate handle in the opposite direction.
Keeping You Safe
The safety button will automatically re-set.
